Investing in education at every stage of life
Each year, Modern Woodmen awards scholarships to members ages 21 and older to help offset the cost of higher education.
Eligible applicants must be high school graduates at least 21 years old who plan to enroll full time or part time in an undergraduate- or graduate-level program at an accredited two- or four-year college or university, or attend a trade, vocational or technical school. Learn more about how members qualify.
This year, Modern Woodmen awarded $70,000 in scholarships to eligible members, helping them pursue their educational goals and make a lasting impact on their families and communities. In 2026, the organization also awarded $552,000 in scholarships to high school seniors, bringing the total scholarship investment to $622,000.
