Transparency in Coverage Rule: Machine Readable Files

On October 29, 2020, the Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Department of the Treasury established the Transparency in Coverage (TiC) Rules. These rules require public disclosure via machine readable files of Modern Woodmen of America’s medical plan’s in-network provider rates and out-of-network allowed amounts for covered items and services.
