Information Collection and Use
Our primary goals in collecting personally identifiable information are to provide you with the services made available through the Sites, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account through which you can take advantage of the services made available through the Sites. Modern Woodmen does not collect personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services. Therefore, we do not respond to web browser “do not track” signals.

Service Providers - We may engage certain trusted unaffiliated third parties to perform functions and provide services for us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance services, customer relationship services, and database storage and management services. We will share your personally identifiable information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement - Modern Woodmen cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including subpoenas); to protect the property and rights of Modern Woodmen or a third party, the safety of the public or any person; to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity; or to comply with the law.
Changing or Deleting Information
If you are a registered user of the Member Site, you may update or correct the information you provided to us by making such changes through the secure section of the Site. Modern Woodmen is very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Secure areas of Modern Woodmen's website use encryption to ensure any personal information you submit remains safe.
We will disclose any breach of the security, confidentiality or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on the Sites in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and to restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

Our Policy Towards Children
The Sites are not directed to persons under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child, who is under 13, has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will remove such information from our files.
