Modern Woodmen of America maintains a federal group tax exemption with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that eligible chapters may use instead of applying for their own federal tax exemption. The IRS recently updated its group exemption requirements. To remain included under Modern Woodmen's group tax exemption, each chapter must provide written authorization confirming its participation.

Review the group exemption authorization form.
Print and sign the form.
Take a photo of the form with your phone or scan it to your computer.
Upload the signed form(s) below.

Note: A separate signed authorization form is required for each chapter you lead. Please print and sign a form for each chapter you run, then upload them all below.
