Modern Woodmen of America was founded in 1883 during the pioneer days, and we’ve championed families with the same resilience and commitment ever since. We’re a member-owned organization, serving nearly 700,000 members with a focus on people over profits.

Rising pioneers
Your role: As a financial representative, you’ll help clients plan for financial security through life insurance, retirement plans, investments and other financial products. You’ll actively engage with your community and meet with members and your Modern Woodmen team face-to-face, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.

At Modern Woodmen, we don’t just hire you — we set you up for success from day one. Our education and training programs are designed to guide you every step of the way, from your first day to the heights of your career. We invest in you with our Business Development Allowance program by offering up to $2,000 a month during your first two years based on life insurance sales. Additionally, through hands-on workshops and one-on-one mentorship with experienced professionals, we ensure you have everything you need to thrive.
