2026 Handbook Updates:
- Cash use clarified: Money management policy now includes clearer direction on cash handling.
- Firearm update: Chapters are no longer able to participate in gun raffles.
- Gift card guidance expanded: More examples added clarification that offers greater flexibility.
- Joint activities clarified: Clearer guidance to simplify planning and hosting meaningful joint events.
- Member-to-guest ratio removed: We’ve removed the suggested member‑to‑guest ratio to give leaders more freedom in planning activities.
- Quarterly reviews added: We now review 75 randomly selected chapter accounts quarterly to ensure consistency and accurate financial reporting.
- Recipient eligibility updated: We’ve simplified the policy and added reminders to help avoid perceived conflicts of interest.
