Modern Woodmen members can receive a $5 reimbursement of fees associated with the America the Beautiful Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Lifetime Senior Pass or Annual Senior Pass. Each pass is available to U.S. citizens or permanent residents ages 62 and older.
Use the pass at more than 2,000 federal recreational sites, including national parks, national wildlife refuges and many national forest lands.
Do I qualify?
To be eligible to apply for the pass reimbursement, you must be:
- Age 62 or older.
- A member with Modern Woodmen life insurance or annuity coverage. (The certificate must be in your own name and in good standing.)
How to apply
Obtain your pass at select federal recreation sites, by mail order from the U.S. Geological Survey, or online by completing an application on the USGS website – Lifetime Senior Pass or Annual Senior Pass.
To receive the $5 reimbursement:
- Download, print and complete the National Parks Pass reimbursement form.
- Mail the form to: Modern Woodmen Fraternal Department, 1701 1st Ave., Rock Island, IL 61201.
One reimbursement allowed per household.
